Medium alkalised cocoa powder made from Theobroma Cacao L Seed, deshelled, roasted, pressed out to achieve specified cocoa butter content. Crushed and then finely ground to make cocoa powder.
• Fat reduced cocoa powder with 10 – 12% fat and light brown in colour
