The product is freeze and thaw stable and perfect for use in ice cream making, flavouring beverages and baking. It comes in squeezable bottles with anti-drop caps, for convenient dosing and usage.

Application:

General dosage: 5g per kg.

If being heated during processing, the dosage is recommended as: 5-10g per kg.
