Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC 85) is a spray dried protein powder manufactured from fresh pasteurized skim milk through a process of ultrafiltration. It is a good source of casein and natural protein for use in a variety of food and beverage applications in an easy mixing form.

Perfect for making high protein ice cream, desserts or yoghurts or in any food and nutritional application where standardisation and enrichment in proteins are required.
